pr&p week three

The theme this week was a tough one for me.
Tough because most readily available plaid is a woven and my boys wear 98% knit.

So when I sorted through my fabric looking for inspiration and came across a pair of teeny Japanese shorts that were a plaid knit I got very excited. I didn't have much fabric to work with- just enough for the pocket and a little bit of knit bias tape.

I used the Made by Rae flashback skinny tee and added a hood. The neck just about did me in and is still a little wonky. Mae loves it and the kid is in desperate need of new long sleeve tees as our weather has definitely turned to fall.
